We are always sad to see families leave UDIS and want to do all we can to help make the transition to your new school as easy as we can from our side.
If you intend to withdraw your child from the school, please come into the school office and complete our withdrawal form. This will begin the process of organising all necessary documents to prepare everything on our side for your child’s next school.
