In addition to the termly tuition fees and incidental fees, the school applies the following initial charges during the application process. These fees and the first term tuition fees must be paid prior to a new applicant starting his/her first term.

A 3% early payment discount of the tuition fee is available for the full payment of all annual fees by the start of Term 1.

The school operates a bus service across three zones that covers most of Udon Thani. The bus is owned and operated by UDIS and follows strict child safety guidelines including the wearing of safety belts whilst on the bus.
